Making music is so much fun and I love helping people of all ages to enrich their lives with making music on the piano, guitar and ukulele. Whether you enjoy pop music, classical music, or you would like to be able to improvise or want to write your own music, I would be happy to help you make that a reality! I believe in being positive and encouraging and keeping the process of learning music fun!

I have over three decades of experience teaching piano and guitar, and about 10 years teaching ukulele. I attended UW Madison School of Music and not only improved my musicianship, but acquired the training to teach.
One thing I enjoy so much about teaching is being a detective-discerning how each student learns and what we as a team can do to get them to their goals, and beyond. Everyone learns in different ways, and I work hard to make sure each student learns in the ways that work best for them. Seeing the joy of accomplishment on a student's face makes my job fulfilling.
