Flawless Form Fitness is a one of a kind fitness facility with a strong commitment towards personalized service and individual attention for those seeking to achieve a healthier lifestyle. F3 is located at my home in Prattville on a gorgeous 3+ acre setting.

All fitness classes are held outside either under my large carport and shade sail or in my open air spin room. Enrich both your body and mind while you breathe in fresh air and look at nature not a stuffy enclosed box. My complete box gym facility is located on the lower portion of my property for both personalized fitness training and hourly gym rental.

I created F3 to make affordable quality fitness training available to all. My fitness classes are only $10 and one on one customized training sessions are as low as $40. I have spent over 20 years cultivating my passion for fitness and helping people.
