Personalized boxing/kickboxing lessons for women and kids 8+ in the comfort and convenience of your own home! I will travel to you and have you burning up to 1000 calories in 1 hour while learning a new skill with self defense, and self discipline. I will help you reach your physical and nutritional goals at your convenience. I have experience teaching large group classes, as well as one on one training in boxing/kickboxing/Muay Thai. I am currently a Muay Thai fighter, boxer and personal trainer for people of all ages and experience levels; mostly beginner and intermediate levels.
I have a passion for the sport and being able to help people meet their goals. Being part of someone's fitness journey is exceptionally rewarding.

First I ask if they have any experience in martial arts. Then I figure out if they are currently active and see what we can work with based on their current capabilities. I go over fundamentals of boxing/kickboxing, footwork, technique, and padwork. Once they have a basic understanding of the technicalities, I incorporate boxing warmups, exercises and conditioning methods to help build the student's endurance all while having fun and getting an awesome workout.
I have been teaching both large group and one on one classes for 3 years at a boxing/kickboxing gym. I also train Muay Thai at a competitive level and train American Boxing.
I fell in love with the sport and was asked by the owner of my former gym to start teach classes because I was natural at it. It keeps me on my toes and I'm always learning while teaching others.
Kids 8+ all the way to adults up to 70 years old. Both beginner and intermediate.
I recently competed in the US Muay Thai championship in April 2018. I came in 2nd place in my division competing against women from all over the world. I am currently training for 2 more fights coming up in the next 3 months.
Make sure they have a background in either coaching or fighting.
