I view myself as not only a trainer, but as a specialist in helping build a strong core and improving balance and flexibility. I train people of all ages. Age is not a factor when it comes to improving oneself.
However, my passion is working with children and young adults, and helping them be the best they can be. This is not only the physical aspect, but by teaching them to believe in themselves.
A confident child is a strong, and well balanced child both mentally and physically. My clients learn how to connect with their body in a whole new way. This is much deeper than simply personal training. I also train my clients in kick-boxing and Muay Thai. These are both amazing workouts for the body and the mind alike.
Everything ! I does not feel like a job , I am practicing my passion every day . I feel blessed

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First session is free , it's important for me to connect with the client . I work with people from 6 up to 90 . My oldest client is 84 years old
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of training clients in Europe and the states .
