What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically we start with a warm up.
Whether its dynamic movements, jump rope, active stretching
From there we focus on footwork and movement. Moving into shadow boxing.
We implement the footwork we just learned into padwork or Dutch drills.
Tying that in with head movement.
Final we finish we a workout.
