I pride myself in first, getting nearly any person I help to love boxing, love the fitness aspect of it and learn what they naturally do best. There at least a treo of things you can do that you never knew you could do. I'll help you find them. Involved in the sport & training over 16 years and help all ages from 8 to 80!

I took boxing lessons from Ronn for a couple years. He is very professional. Always had a great workout prepared for our group. The workout was always a good workout for me. I gained muscle and got some tone. I wish Ronn was still in my area to train me.
The first thing I do is get you familiar with movement; what kind of moves & what you can actually do comfortably. Then we go from there to determine what level and intensity of workout fits your desires and goals. No two people will have a fully similar approach.
I was an a boxing athlete in and out of amateur boxing from age 7 to 28. I'm a USA BOXING certified boxing trainer of 13 years with safe sport endorsement.
I keep it simple:
1 on 1 sessions are $35/hour or
2 hour session is $50
Partnered training (2 people,couples etc) is $50 per hour
Training sessions can be purchased in advance with 45 days to complete all sessions
I got started teaching self defense classes then decided to become a kickboxing and registered certified boxing trainer. The very first time a client of mine ended up in a boxing tournament was the greatest feeling.

Ringside Tournament - there are so many youth and young boxers in one place getting a travel experience and competing in what they dream to do. Its good giving them those memories and moments
