I've been teaching boxing and competing for the last thirty five years. I work with both Male and female students from age six years old on up. I've tried almost every sport there is. But there's something about boxing I just never get tired of, it's one of the most challenging and best cardio workouts I've ever done. I've worked with professional fighters, musicians to school teachers and everyone in between.
