I have a passion for teaching children as young as three years old how to cook healthy, delicious food. Math, science, art and social skills along with dexterity, patience and self-confidence are all rolled into every delicious class. I inspire children to fall in love with healthy, natural foods, one yummy bite at a time. Establish good eating habits young by inviting Claire’s Cooking Club over for a class, a meal or a party. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I communicate with parents about their children's level of interest in cooking, along with likes and dislikes, allergies or sensitivities. Together, we create a lesson plan for individual children, groups or parties that teach and entertain.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a respected preschool director who has cooked with 100's of children for over seven years. I am also a mother of two children who grew up cooking, gardening and entertaining with healthy, delicous food.
