I teach functional cooking and baking. Science based not only the how but the why!! I use math as a method to standardize recipes for those who want to take their cooking and baking to another level. I specialize in artisan bread using wild yeast starter to produce beautiful old world style bread.
I also love to teach the home cooking enthusiast! Families who cook and eat together stay together! You name it we can cook it.
My family is Italian so cooking and eating together has been very important.
I have been a teacher/ consultant for many years, I love seeing my customers realize their vision and business goals.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching after culinary school. I got a job at the school that I graduated from and eventually started teaching. I love to share my knowledge and help others realize their dreams.
