About
My background with music began as a creative writer and singer/songwriter. After a number of years working on the guitar, I fronted a band in hawaii that was awarded Honolulu's musician's of the year.
I believe guitar has the capacity to dramatically change you as a person, even though it doesn't seem like such a life-changing hobby at the outset. I love assisting students in beginning their pathway on the instrument, and exploring the endless possibilities as their skills develop.
