I have extensive training in self defense, boxing and kick boxing. I am a Brown Belt in Krav Maga, I am a Blue Belt in American Kick Boxing and an Orange Belt in Muay Thai. Training with me will help you reach your fitness goals while becoming more confident in yourself.

I felt very comfortable and at ease with Isaac. It’s hard when you do things out of your comfort zone but after one lesson I was ready to go back for more.
