About this pro

Won2Kick provides high intensity boxing / MMA based classes for beginners and experts alike. We offer Private classes and Semi-Private classes where you will learn how to defend yourself from knowledgeable trainers that instruct with an emphasis on proper form and technique

The idea was to create an authentic boxing / MMA Class that wouldn’t only push you to your limit allowing you to crush your fitness goals, but one that would build confidence and sharpen your mind.

I could customize what you learn based on what you need.  From boxing, kickboxing and/or Jiu Jitsu.  Mix and match or learn them all.  This session will build cardio and muscular endurance while improving your strength and fighting skills. A great workout for all levels: from beginners to advanced.

Thank you

Teaching has always been a passion of mine.  I love working with different people and being able to contribute something they have not obtained before.

Martial arts has always been part of my life, therefore putting the 2 together just made sense.
