Won2Kick provides high intensity boxing / MMA based classes for beginners and experts alike. We offer Private classes and Semi-Private classes where you will learn how to defend yourself from knowledgeable trainers that instruct with an emphasis on proper form and technique.
The idea was to create an authentic boxing / MMA Class that wouldn’t only push you to your limit allowing you to crush your fitness goals, but one that would build confidence and sharpen your mind.
I could customize what you learn based on what you need. From boxing, kickboxing and/or Jiu Jitsu. Mix and match or learn them all. This session will build cardio and muscular endurance while improving your strength and fighting skills. A great workout for all levels: from beginners to advanced.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before starting our first session I like to see what the goals and objectives are of my students. Some train for fitness and health, others train to acquire a new skill.
Whatever the reasons are I try my best to accommodate them in order to ensure they reach their goals and full potential.
