I have always loved boxing ever since I was a young kid. It's a great exercise and it builds discipline, work ethic, self confidence, and mental toughness. What's not to love lol. I love helping people improve as athletes and human beings with boxing. It's one of the most honest kinds of competition that exists today, man to man or woman to woman.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I believe bag work and running can be done on your own time. When I work with someone it will be with mitt work, technique and situational sparring drills. If the student only wants yo get in shape we will run various exercises tailored toward building your cardio and lean muscle while burning a ton of fat.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have boxed since I was 12 years old and am currently an active professional fighter. My training comes from real life experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
15 for a one hour session if you come to me. 20 dollars for a one hour session if I have to come to you. If you have someone with you I will give a special rate of 20 an hour for two people add 25 an hour if I have to travel to you.
How did you get started teaching?
I currently fight professionally and I would like to spread the magic of this sport to anyone who would like to learn at a reasonable rate. I come to you or you can come to me and get one on one training tailor made to you.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with many kinds of students. Amateur and professional boxers and MMA fighters as well as people who strapped up the gloves for the first time when they met me. Boxing is a sport and workout for everyone. Well, anyone who's not afraid to work hard.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
If you have a heart condition or something that may possibly be a physical hinderense please talk to your doctor before starting. Not just boxing but any kind of workout program.
