Hi, I’m Melinda, a 500-RYT certified yoga teacher, fiber artist, and Holistic Life & Wellness Coach with a background in Ayurveda Wellness & Integrative Health. I bring together over a decade of experience in yoga, mindfulness, and holistic well-being to support people in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring balance, and living more intentionally.
My private sessions are highly personalized. Whether we are working through yoga, breathwork, stress management, or holistic lifestyle coaching, I meet each client exactly where they are. Together, we create a supportive space to build strength, improve mobility, regulate the nervous system, and develop sustainable wellness habits.
In my coaching practice, I use Motivational Interviewing and SMART goal setting to help clients clarify their values, overcome obstacles, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change. This collaborative, client-centered approach empowers people to build self-awareness and create practical strategies for long-term transformation.
I hold a B.A. in Ayurveda Wellness & Integrative Health (Life & Wellness Coaching) from Maharishi International University, and my work integrates both modern health science and ancient wisdom traditions. My teaching is also informed by trauma-aware yoga, meditation, and mind-body awareness practices.
What I love most about my work is witnessing people reconnect with their own inner intelligence, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether someone is looking for private yoga guidance, support with stress and life transitions, or a holistic path toward better health, I feel honored to guide that process.
