Hello potential students! I have been teaching piano since 2007. I have experience teaching both group and private lessons. However, I have taught mostly group lessons which has allowed me to teach a lot more students over an 8 year period than usual. This extra experience has allowed me to become more efficient in teaching my curriculum and knowing the most problematic points of the curriculum and how to help students get past those difficulties. I greatly enjoy teaching students and I always look to simplify and make learning piano as easy as possible for students. I can only encourage and show students how to practice and practice is the only way for students to really improve. I am a positive person and I want to help my students succeed and to discover the joy of playing the piano.
