My teaching approach:

I have a fun,relaxed approach to teaching. I have played guitar for 26 years, and I've toured and released albums on record labels. I provide all the learning materials. I teach the fundamentals such as finger technique, scales, exercises, chords, improvising etc...but I also teach you your favorite songs to keep the lessons fun and engaging. I can learn most songs by ear and write the music down for you within minutes!

I teach Monday thru Saturday, 1 pm to 8:30 pm.

Depending on your needs and what style of music you wish to learn, your lessons are truly designed for you. I assess your playing "vocabulary", based on chord knowledge, scales, improv ability, and finger technique.

I don't have an ideal student, honestly I like teaching all ages and skill levels. It keeps my job challenging and exciting.
