Classical piano lessons.
Students must have piano.
She has to practice at home.
Parents need to stay and take notes while she is in the lesson.
I am not continuing to teach if students do not remember how to read in reasonable time of period or no progress.
I also stop the lesson if the students does not follow the instructions. You must still pay since I provide time.
24 hours advance notice before not showing up.
