Your life can change and improve, like Yoga has touched mine. I have peace, enjoyment of life and health because of Yoga practices, so can you. The style of Yoga I have learned from my gurus is the Yoga of Love, focusing on bringing balance and selfcare to the mind, body & spirit. Yoga has changed my life. It has helped me with many injuries, centered me thru crisis, but most importantly brought me overall well-being, kept me fit, peace, focus and joy.
My purpose is to pass on these tools to you, so that you too can be empowered in your own well-being and life.
I got introduced to Yoga 12 years ago and soon after I almost died in a car accident. I have extensive experience using Yoga to help me thru numerous injuries as well as heal emotionally from life impacting events.
I use a mix of Meditation, Sound healing, Vinyasa, Yin, Iyengar and traditional Hatha Yoga with my students. I am gentle with beginners. My gurus are from the Bhakti lineages.
