We do real yoga, focus on the breath and work through your practice. Whatever your goals are we can carefully curate a plan that works for you. Whether you are healing from an injury, looking for strength and challenging your practice or finding ways to relax and relieve stress. We specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Restorative inspired classes.
I am trained and certified in Belly Dance instruction as well, if you're looking for a fun way to shimmy off those pounds please send us a question!
I love seeing progress and growth with my students, it means the world to me to see their practice strengthen, condition their bodies and see that smile on their face!
To me, being a healer is my number one goal I strive for life, healing the body through breath and movement is life changing.
I like to use humor and a more casual work space, this helps lessen the intimidation of joining a new class or trying something new. This does not mean you will not be challenged, still hard work and powerful!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private one on one lessons can be in starting at $65-$95 an hour, there are group discounts and package discounts as well.
How did you get started teaching?
I had some health problems that ahd me quite saddened, I came to Yoga to heal and it healed me so well I want to share that with everyone else.
