Training with Garet has been a game changer this last year. My husband and I started training twice a week with him when we went into lockdown and could not have been more pleased with our choice. His workouts have been amazing, well thought through, personalized and ridiculously hard. His attention to detail and care for us as his clients and people is truly unmatched. Every week we comment on how helpful they are and how creative they always seem to be be. Our technique, strength and mental health have been noticeably different since working with him.
