The biggest pay off for me is to see that a student is genuinely enjoying the process of improving at an instrument, whether it's a hobby or a future career!

Josh is amazing! He is teaching my 4-year-old son how to play drums which is a challenge with such a young age… Josh is knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. With only 3 classes we’re seeing improvements in my boy and I can’t thank him enough! I will take my daughter soon to take piano lessons with him too and I am also planning to learning how to play the guitar!

My son started playing with Josh at the age of 9 years old. It was his first introduction to instruments. He absolutely picked it up with such ease because of how well of a teacher Josh is. He is now 13 and music is still a part of his life. Josh helped create the foundation and made learning an instrument fun.

Josh is a great piano teacher. He has been working with my two kids (now aged 6 and 8) for a little short of two years now and they have been making steady progress with him. He is very patient with them, knowing when to push them forward or slow down when they are struggling with something. He has a very positive demeanor but is there to teach music and not be my childs playmate.
He is very reliable and comes to all of our music classes at our house (outside) on time and ready to work. He confirms all lessons with me the day before, is flexible if we need to make a change, and there has never been any sort of conflict re: lesson timing or what we owe him.
Overall I would highly recommend Josh to any parent getting their child started with piano or other instruments that Josh specializes in.
