I specialize in Italian and Mediterranean cusine. I am an expert baker with emphesis on sourdough breads and Pizza, Fresh pasta, sea food, bbq's and organic healthy clean cooking.
Teaching others is really rewarding. Being able to share my knowledge with others makes all the hard work wirth it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Focusing on the students needs is key. Typically reaching out in advance to communicate what it is the student is really trying to get out of the session. Being prepared in advance, having the ciriculum sequenced ahead of time with the proper tools is essential in my process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My entire life has been a continuous learning journey. From my child hood with my grandmother to my recent studies of my own pop up events. Pushing the boundaries on a daily basis is the key to my success.
