Fly Acrobatics

I am a professionally trained and internationally renowned coach, teacher, and performer of partner acrobatics with 12+ years of experience. I specialize in Hand-to-Hand, Icarian, AcroYoga, and Adagio. I also teach the following styles of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Aerial, and Adaptive Yoga.

I began studying partner acrobatics in Los Angeles in 2006 after many years of gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading experience. I have since graduated from Pitch Catch Circus School, as well as Acro Revolution Teacher Training, and 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Cityoga in Indianapolis, IN. I founded and managed the Acro community in Indiana (Indy AcroYoga) for 5+ years and taught weekly yoga and acro classes there. I have since lived and taught in New York City and now in Los Angeles.
