I taught at 24 Hour Fitness for 12 years as a group exercise instructor in yoga, silver sneakers and senior fitness, core, abs and strength modalities.
I'm used to teaching all ages and levels, from beginner to advanced.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, a diploma in Therapeutic Massage and Holistic Sports Therapy, 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training certification, and NASM Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise certification.
I've been fascinated my entire life with good health and how to balance exercise, healthy nutrition, work, sleep, meditation, fun, laughter and play. Fact: exercise makes you feel great.
