I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a passion for creating inclusive, supportive spaces for students of all ages and stages of life. My specialties include prenatal yoga, beginners, yin, chair, restorative, and children’s yoga. I’ve taught for 5 years and had a personal practice of 13.
