What is your typical process for working with a new student?
my typical process begins with a phone consultation for me to gather as much information about you, and vice-versa. For you to learn and understand where I'm coming from as well. If that goes well we move on to an in person or a Skype consultation where I do a movement and static postural assessment to see what your body needs for us to get started working towards your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nationally certified through nasm group fitness certified through ACE and another personal training certification through NCSA. Also two specializations: Weight Loss Management and Sports Performance Enhancement.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standards system for pricing is as follows:
-2 sessions per week: $30
-3 sessions per week: $25

How did you get started teaching?
My basic knowledge of self defense started when I enlisted in the US army in 1996. then I got out and became a certified personal trainer and really focused on the sweet science of boxing and teaching it to others.
