I specilize in one on one or group training. The progression is at the speed of the client. The workout program is designed by myself and the client. This enures accountability on both sides with specific goals being met. I have over 20 years experience in Boxing, Kick Boxing and Personal Training. Programs are 3 or 6 months in duration. My goal is to teach to my clients ability and create a lifestyle of Wellness and Health that leads to Self-Confidence and Personal Growth.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1 hour sessions. I teach boxing and Muy Thai Kickboxing. Training covers all basic platforms of footwork, defending and engaging. I adjust to students strengths and progress as the student is able too. Also focusing on proper mechanics, form and explanation of exercise (why it will benefit the client). Boxing is fun and a great way ti get in shape and develop self confidence.
