My name is Carl, I'm a guitarist and songwriter.

I give lessons on: technique, style, music theory, specific skills and songwriting for guitar than involve:

. exercises to help you learn chords, scales and arpeggios and show you how and when to use them effectively

. developing your rhythm and lead playing by learning examples

. building skills to improvise/jam over tracks

. assisting you to learn songs of your choice.

Overall this will improve your knowledge, technique, ability , musicality, and build your repertoire and listening skills.

As a songwriter, I can also provide you with lessons focused on songwriting and exercises geared to engage your creativity and effectively record, organise and develop your ideas.
