I’m a personal trainer and body transformation expert with more than 4 years of experience changing lives in the fitness industry. I specialize in helping busy moms achieve optimal health and fitness, creating affordable fitness programs that fit any budget and weight loss transformation that helps you feel your best from the inside, out.
The body transformation experts at First Paige Fitness are focused on providing balance for both the body and mind through fitness. We are deeply passionate about what we do and focus our energy accordingly to offer every client the best in fitness, nutrition and mental health.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When Paige is working with a new customer, she starts with not only identifying what the client's goals are, but she strives to identify what has stopped them from reaching their goals. Most importantly, she creates an action plan to help you get to where you want to be in your fitness journey.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paige is certified as a Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher in levels 1 and 2. She is also certified in CPR/APD.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We specialize in creating an array of fitness programs, but generally speaking a monthly program can cost anywhere from $99-$999 a month.
How did you get started teaching?
When she chose to focus on fitness as both a career and lifestyle choice, she started as a yoga and aerobics instructor. There she spent time honing in on flexibility and strength for both the body and mind, before she ventured in to personal training. After some time working in a traditional gym setting, Paige realized that she wasn’t going to be able to help her clients make real lifestyle changes while being confined to a 60-minute workout with them once or twice a week. The struggle she experienced as a personal trainer in a traditional gym setting inspired her to move to Santa Barbara and pursue her dream of starting her own business as a Body Transformation Expert. Paige then created her signature Total Body Transformation Program that provides her clients with a more inclusive fitness experience. Through a holistic, realistic and supportive approach she designed a plan that works with you every step of the way. Specifically, she’s designed a physical fitness program that is 100% customizable to each individual client, and their specific goals.
