About

I am not simply a "by the book" instructor. I cater to the needs of each and every student as each person seeks different goals and resonates in unique ways. I tailor our lessons to the style needed for that particular student.

I enjoy playing every minute and revel in the satisfaction of progress with the sharing of information.

I have been playing for 40+ years and enjoy sharing many aspects of the instrument; from the basics to the stage experience and all the nuances in between like Tone and building, repairing and modifying.

It is worth mentioned and fair to include that if we start working together, not only will you receive all the technique and theory you require, but also an in depth education in live performance, gear acquisition and selection, and sound analysis, both electric and acoustic. And yes, there are some stories to share. Whomever you choose, good luck in your musical journey!
