About
“Bringing contemplation, inspiration, and a sense of well-being to the table”. I teach yoga, Painting, exercise and healthy living classes. Learning stillness helps open the pathway to clarity. Being healthy and clear allows a direct download of inspiration - “in sprit”. In this place, one simply is the hand of spirit. No thinking required. Simply paint, stretch, be well.
I enjoy being in service which is my primary work these days. Learning to create art is simply about learning to get out of your head and let spirit take over. Being healthy is about eating well, exercising in a gentle restorative fashion, proper rest, and quieting the mind. Doing yoga helps all of the above bringing union and balance within. Let me assist you in becoming your authentic self.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Understanding where they are starting at by getting to know their history, sharing a bit of myself so they can know where I am at as a teacher.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in exercise for the majority of my life getting certified as as an exercise specialist, aerobics and yoga instructor. I’m certified as an herbalist and in process of completing a masters program as an Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine practitioner. I’ve owned and operated a pain and wellness center, an herbal apothecary, and yoga studio. Over the past 6 years I returned to my painting career and utilized my work to inspire and motivate others in seeking their artistic passions.

How did you get started teaching?
