I love improving athletic skills in people that they thought they never had. The thought of someone growing confidence out of my training makes me happy. I was 1 fight away from making the Pan AM games in the 80's with boxing and with wrestling I started the Blackwatch wrestling club and had over 40 kids My son was wrestling on an international level when he was 11 years old

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
for a new Student I tend to go over the basics. Proper Stance , footwork and position. Once they know how to stand we can move to the next step.
I normally start off with one offensive move and one defensive move per session.
Then we drill it and drill it again
