Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting the students passionate about learning music by creating a fun approach to learning their specific instruments. Recitals and band programs are part of this approach as well as teaching them music they want to learn.
Typically we recommend taking lessons once a week and we offer by 30, 45, or 60 minute increments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have highly skilled and credentialed instructors. From Berklee school of music graduates, speech level singing instructors, and a whole lot more. We hire the best and they are absolute professionals at what they do.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We sell lessons individually or by the 4 pack and we offer lessons by 30, 45, or 60 minute increments.
4 pack pricing as follows:
30 min- $150
45 min- $215
60 min- $280
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages from 5 up, all skill levels and all different styles of music. We have several other opportunities to get plugged into and we consider ourselves a health club for musicians.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Connection with the instructor is key. We pride ourselves on having instructors who make it important to focus on the relationship and building a long term connection with the students.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How long of a lesson would they recommend?
Openly discussing the goals the student has while asking questions based around whether or not the instructor can help them in those specific areas.
