About
Are you interested in learning to play the guitar, or looking to take your guitar playing to the next level? I’m Andreas, Lead Guitarist, and I’m here to help. I’m a veteran of many rock n roll bands including Fatal Jamz, Snow Wite, T.E.A.M.S., Dom, and more and I’ve done studio sessions for acts on prominent indie labels such as Sub Pop and Mexican Summer. I have an open approach to teaching; we’ll focus on the areas YOU want to improve and the styles you want to play. I've got you covered whether you want to learn to strum the latest pop songs, rip a guitar solo, or delve deeper into theory. Enjoy lessons in the comfort of your own home or come to my convenient location in mid-city. I look forward to hearing from you, and rock on!
Music is a passion of mine and I love sharing this gift with others. We all have different things we want to get out of music, whether it be as a professionally, as a hobby, or just to kick back on the weekend. I get a sense of satisfaction out of helping people achieve their musical goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First off it's great to get to know a student, what kind of things they like to do, and why they want to play the guitar. Then I want to know what the student's goals are. For example, if you want to learn to strum pop songs we would start by going over some common chords. If you are trying to play riff-heavy rock music or another style, we'd have to go over certain techniques first. After that, I try to find appopriate pieces of music and exercises which would let us practice our new skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played guitar for over 14 years. I recieved lessons throughout high school and took that knowledge into the world of bands, where I have been touring and performing with artists over the last 8 years. I also have experience as a studio guitarist and as a teacher.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
