About
In all honesty, I think you would have to train with me to answer that question. The question asks a matter of opinion; an opinion being a belief or perspective not necessarily built on fact or knowledge. No point in humble bragging. Come and meet me and we can talk about what you are in need of and what you are looking for.
I enjoy most, seeing the process of maturing each person goes through in training and reaching their goals.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
With psychological manipulation being the basis of modern marketing and advertising, I recommend the following...
I recommend that you go and meet them and ask questions.
Observe whether or not they ask you questions.
Try out a session to see if you are comfortable with your instructor, environment and material.
The most important thing I have learned in finding a place to train is, follow your gut instinct, not the person, your feelings/emotions or promises they make.
You will be at peace internally when you are at the place that is for you.
As JFK said, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". What journey will you embark on next? Just take that first step and get in the door!!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
ask yourself the following.
Do I have any medical and/or mental conditions that could be complicated by training?
Do I vibe with the environment and trainer?
Am I and will I take full responsibility for mychoices and actions and the consequences thereof??
What am I willing to sacrifice in order to afford my sessions to reach my goals? (sacrifice those 10 starbucks coffees you get a week and put that money towards your sessions. quit buying junk food or material nicnaks you dont need and put that money towards your health and training etc)
Do I feel that this person can help me reach my goals?
what is more important to me? being buddy buddy comfortable with my trainer, or having that trainer that makes me a little uncomfortable challenging me out of my comfort zone??
Is this an activity that I can separate business from personal? Do I want a trainer that separates business from personal or not?
Am I here to feel good about myself(validation seeking) or am I here to change myself? (if you are there to feel good about your failures, you most likely will struggle big time in reaching your goals)
