What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know a little bit about all my students. See what goals they have. Get to know what they think some of there strength and weaknesses are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a professional football player. I've spent time in the NFL,XFL, and I currently play in the CFL. I also played football at widener university division 3 college, where I received Defensive player of the year in the MAC conference, and back to back first team All American honors. I have been speed, agility, strength, conditioning, plyometic training for about 9 years and have been training clients in these fields for about a year and half now.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I discuss time, and price with each client and prices vary from timing and amount of sessions per week or month.
How did you get started teaching?
I feel in love with training, and fitness when i started to take football seriously about my sophomore year of high school. That is where I met my first trainer and I loved it ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with middle school students, high school, college students. I have also trained older adults such as moms and dads.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Focus on what you really struggle at in whatever field it is.
