My experience in Aurelio's non-contact boxing class was amazing. Every single workout was different and every single workout pushed me to new limits. My muscles toned right up and felt sexy and strong. I highly recommend. It's fun, Aurelio knows what he's doing, and you'll feel and look amazing.

Coming from a brief stint at an MMA gym, I was more interested to learn The Sweet Science than any of the other fighting techniques. Denver Boxing Academy was perfect! Aurelio is a great coach and stand-up guy who will help you achieve your fitness/fighting goals both in the ring and out (plus, guy has a great taste in music!).

If you want to learn the correct way to box...this class is a must! Learning the basics and still getting a great workout. Aurelio really helped get my technique back when I took a couple years off boxing. Thanks again!

I’m not a boxer, but took the non-contact class to learn about boxing, to learn boxing basics and for the fitness program, I have found Aurelio to be an excellent coach – patient with the novice and very knowledge for the amateur and professional boxer. His class is based on real training for boxing. So you learn real boxing moves and since stamina is critical for boxing you get a varied and intense workout. Now I go to the Denver boxing Academy for the intermediate work outs and to pick up a more tips.
