The Music Box

The Music Box provides music instruction on all instruments for all ages.  Located in rural, Poughquag, NY, we have been creating musicians since 1997! Our building houses eight lesson rooms, a recital room and a store for lesson books, sheet music and all music related accessories. We rent and sell band and orchestra instruments. All of our teachers have college degrees, many with Masters Degrees in Music.

Our teachers LOVE music. We are committed to teaching our students to love music, too! Although sometimes it gets challenging, our philosophy is that if you enjoy doing something, you will want to put the time and effort into it.
