My teaching approach: The approach is different each student but, basic theory and techniques for proper finger and slap bass. getting the groove in you, then, creating bass lines, as well as soloing over chord changes.
I have played 6 string bass for 11 years but now back playing 4 string.
Performing every week in U.S. as well as touring Europe. I have out 8 CD's
My bass lessons take place in my home Studio

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Top priority would be me learning what the students goal is in music so, we have a direction to work in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Teaching 1st - 8th grade music, students at 2 Universities, and 0ver 25 years from my own private studio.

Same rate for all students 16 and above but, discounts for all that pay a month in advance.
