As a Kitchen Skills Instructor, the connection we make lets us explore new horizons. Everyone has there own particularities: call them assets and defects. Understanding yours enables me to help you. There is great satisfaction in knowing I made a difference.

Among my students are amateurs, professionals, young adults and kids who want a creative and fun hobby.

Learning how to prepare great food also serves as a team building event.

Lessons are available at your home or office. I teach all ages and levels from beginner to expert. Your preferences could include a wide variety: ethnic, healthful, economic, complex or simple.

    I would highly recommend hiring Chef Mitch both for weekly prepared meals and catered events! He is very willing to create meals according to different dietary preferences, such as low carb/low fat and they always turn out very tasty! I’ve especially enjoyed his desserts and have ordered/tasted his cakes for birthday and graduation parties. Chef Mitch is both comfortable catering an intimate 5-course birthday dinner for two and larger gatherings such as Friendsgivings or Summer BBQs. I definitely plan on hiring Mitch and enjoying his food at future events!

    Just had the best Thai Lo Mein, scratch that, Lo Mein in my life. I didnt even know the Thai made Lo Mein, but holy cow does adding peanuts to the dish make a difference. Mitch is a great cook and knows just about every dish known to man. Hell keep you happy and full!!!
