I have been training with Kyle since the end of May, and I cannot be happier with the results. I have always had an interest in boxing and wanted to train as a means of improving my physical fitness. I made the right choice in coming to Kyle. The sessions are very structured, giving me an exact understanding of what we are working on and why. Kyle is an excellent communicator and is very astute at gauging the progress of his clients. Because of this, he is able to challenge you while also providing clear directions on how to do so. Kyle has an encyclopedic knowledge of boxing technique and history stemming from his years of experience in the sport. If you are looking to increase your fitness level, confidence, and have fun doing so, I would fully recommend Kyle as the trainer for you.

I am a 55 year old woman, pretty good shape. I started working out about 8 years ago, on my own. Last year I decided to up my game. Ive always wanted to learn how to box, really box, so I looked for a trainer. I found Kyle and honestly I thought it was a little pricey but I thought Id give it a try and see how it goes. Well I just signed up for 20 more sessions. Kyle is professional and knowledgeable. I am working on getting stronger. Increasing my endurance and of course my coordination for boxing. Kyle has a plan for my workouts. They vary week to week. Most importantly I never feel like hes watching the clock. More often than not my session goes over our time. All in all a great experience.

I have been working with Kyle for nearly 3 months doing boxing and general conditioning. I have been amazed by his knowledge, work ethic and professionalism. As a former athlete with some boxing experience and vast exercise/sport training, I was unsure what to expect. Kyle exceeded my expectations. He has helped me lose weight, drastically improve my conditioning and has taught me more than I can imagine. When we first started I would struggle with basic stretching and keeping pace shadow boxing. I was extremely tight and the technique I once thought was strong quickly became rudimentary after learning Kyles fundamentals. Slowly but surely my conditioning and technique has allowed me to push through workouts I would never be able to do without the guidance and aid of such an amazing instructor.
I am confident in my boxing ability more so than ever and continuing to learn and progress. Kyle is a constant motivator, a detailed instructor and someone who I now consider a friend. I recommend anyone looking to learn boxing or get in shape to take advantage of his services. You will not be disappointed!

Kyle is a very dedicated trainer. He took the time to get to know what my needs were to get me to a better, fitter self. He has a great talent to get you motivated and push you to train to the best of your ability without hurting yourself. You can tell he really loves his job and helping others become better versions of themselves. Even in the short time we had training, I learned lessons from him that will help me keep in shape for the rest of my life.

Kyle was an amazing trainer. He broke things down and taught me not only the how but the why a certain exercise would work. He was professional and positive. He listened and responded to what I was feeling on a certain day. He got the maximum efficiency out of me and my work outs. He provided me with a base of knowledge that I could use myself and have also passed on to others. Kyle is well versed on everything he teaches and I took advantage of boxing, tai chi and general workouts. Through his guidance my breathing, stamina and form improved as well as my overall performance. I made many positive gains through his workouts and teachings.

I am a retired school teacher in my sixties. I began working with Kyle about two years ago. It was during my yearly physical that my doctor recommended that I think about building some muscle strength before it was too late. I knew I wouldn’t be able to just go to a gym and do it effectively on my own or do it at home, so I sought out a personal trainer.
Kyle is a certified trainer, boxing instructor, and also highly experienced in various types of martial arts. My training is a combination of strength training, aerobics, calisthenics, and Tai chi. The Tai chi classes help me with balance and also help to increase the range of motion in my knees due to osteoarthritis.
I have really enjoyed working with Kyle these past two years and have definitely seen the benefits afforded to me from working with a personal trainer. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone who wants the advantages of exercise along with the motivation of a personal trainer.
