We do incorporate Boxing Skills/Drills into our Martial arts classes!!
Utilizing Techniques and Concepts from Kempo, Kung Fu, Aikido, Jujutsu and Karate.
Kicking, Punching, Throwing, Nerve/Pressure point strikes, Pain Compliance Techniques ,Joint Locks, Submissions, Chokes, Control and Restraint Tactics.
I have been involved in the Martial Arts since 1973 earning Black Belt Ranking in Various Martial Arts Systems.
