How did you get started teaching?

I had been a yoga instructor for 4 years and changed my lifestyle and diet. Later studied nutrition and began teaching cooking classes to my private clients, word got out and the rest is history.

All types


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I don't have a favorite event as everyone is special. We have done events from 2 people to 1,000 people. Although if we had to say, our favorites are usually the kids birthday parties. 


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Just ask, most will accomodate


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Depends, if you need to make health changes starting with a food journal is always helpful
