Studied at Berklee. Former major label recording artist, will teach you the fun way and the right way. But nothing rewarding comes easy! You will build a foundation to create a style all your own. I started teaching in New Jersey in 2000. I charge $50 an hour with $10 off to seniors. I approach electric guitar and acoustic differently. When I say the fun way to learn, this means to give you the knowledge to enjoy the instrument. the more knowledge the more fun. I'll teach you with tab which is learned in one lesson. I teach guitar theory not Music theory.
Sharing the tips and tricks that ive learned from my instructors and predecessors. Seeing a student grow and enjoy music the way i did at certain points in my journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Connecting with a student so we are comfortable with each other is important. I try and find the reason why a student wants to play guitar. How far they want to take it means a lot in how i go about the instruction and lessons. I try to make things interesting. Growing in confidence and self essteem means a lot depending on whether student is approaching the guitar as a career or fun strumming.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended Berklee. Signed to Atlantic Records in 1993 and toured with Black Sabbath, Ronnie James Dio and other noatable acts of that time in both Europe and USA. Recorded a CD with Godspeed called Ride on Atlantic with a video called Houston Street on MTV and Beavis and Buthead. Went on to open a Studio and record produce and teach all fields of engineering. Studied Guitar under Michael Kusak, Jimmy Bruno and JimCampilongo.
