About
I have a catering business and love to cook and to teach! Please check my IG where you can see some of my work @galpon.fresheatery
During the quarantine I have been giving cooking lessons to several groups via zoom and it has been an amazing experience! Super rewarding to see the progress of my students and to receive so many compliments.
My food is healthy, with natural ingredients, fun to make and delicious.
I have changed my professional life and have I decided quit what I did for many years to do what I love the most: COOKING!
I call my food "Self Love Kitchen" because it is healthy, but also because it makes me feel good to cook it and to share it. It's an opportunity to enjoy, share and learn while doing what we love.

Frequently asked questions

Once I receive the request, I share my IG profile and then we work it from there. We could arrange a one time event, or a series of classes.
I have several Zoom groups that I teach right now.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a coffee shop and a catering business where I cook everything and I have been a teacher as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
No
How did you get started teaching?
By Zoom with the quarantine.
What types of students have you worked with?
All levels. Most professionals, business excecutives.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You have to like their food and connect with their personality. Cooking is super fun and teachers must love to cook in order to transfer the feeling and passion to the students!
