Sakriya Yoga
About
Our yoga combines physical postures and breathing techniques, with a final time for relaxation. In Sakriya Yoga we practice as a form of physical exercise based upon poses that promote improved control of the mind and body and enhance well-being based on each student's specific conditions and level of Yoga expertise. Each class may have a completely different sequence carefully designed to maximize the benefits of this life changing discipline.
It is extremely rewarding to see the progress of my students after I see them finally executing complex techniques that I taought them, and after listening how Yoga has improved their body condition and personal life.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have an initial exchange of messages or direct talk to understand the level of experience, also know if there is any physical limitation or past body injuries, so I can adjust the sequences to the right level of each student in a safe and controlled way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of Yoga experience, out of these, 3 years are teaching on a daily basis both off-line and online. I have a 200 hrs Yoga teaching training certificate, plus hundreds of hours of extra courses and studies in different areas of the Yoga practice.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have a standard lesson fee per student for online lessons and another standard fee when I need to drive for presencial lesson, these can be private or for a group.
How did you get started teaching?
I started practicing Yoga over 8 years ago, and I found that it has helped me improve my life in many dimensions. This motivated me to start helping friends informally with excercises that could help them in the same way as it helped me. Progressively I thought about helping more people in a formal way, so I decided to join a teacher training course which led me to understand other aspects of this beautiful discipline. This allowed me to open the door for teachnig many students throughout these years.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have had students that range from wheelchair-bound or handicapped people all the way to advanced Yoga practitioners.
