We create an encouraging atmosphere where all levels are welcome, meet friendly people, and have fun.
Our programs are open to all levels of experience. Our lessons of choice include: Tai chi, meditation, qigong, martial arts. The group aims to improve quality of life through balancing body and mind, develop skills, and building confidence. Our Martial Arts training includes Kenpo-karate, Chin Na, Kobudo, Kata, and self-defense. for interpersonal development we offer Tia Chi, Qigong, and meditation.
I have over 40 years of experience and exceptional devotion to the Asian Arts including Zen meditation, Buddhism,Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Martial Arts. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with our students. Within our humble center, I offer a tranquil sanctuary, where each student can participate in our life enriching programming in a traditionally progressive atmosphere.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Martial Arts training includes Kenpo-karate, Chin Na, Kobudo, Kata, and self-defense. 2. For personal development, we offer Tia Chi, Qigong, and meditation. We follow a step-by-step growth schedule. The more you experience the more you develop.
Our aim is to develop physical and mental wellbeing by increasing self-awareness and mental focus through the practice of our techniques. It is an art which requires concentration and physical intent in order to facilitate a student's cultivation, self-awareness and discipline.
Through training, students learn to harmonize and maintain self-control during demanding circumstances.
Students will learn the basic movements and techniques that are the foundation of our style.
Students will learn how to perform techniques with safety and confidence.
