What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In-Home Training.
We understand getting stuck in traffic can be stressful. I'll go to you so you don't have to do anything but focus on a phenomenal session!
Outside training
On the beach, in a park, choose a location convenient.
Gym training
Need to hit a bag like a champion ? I can fix that.
Diet program
Boxer loose a lot of weight in a short time. This is not a legend, this is real. I will give you all our secret. As a complementary service I can provide you a very efficient diet plan.
