How did you get started teaching?
I am a trained educator. Starting off my career in the public school system, I quickly became burnt out and stressed. I suffered a mental health crisis.
I gained my yoga training and started teaching in yoga studios in 2014 and began shifting online in 2018. I have always incorporated relaxation techniques and guided meditations with my yoga classes.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with children and adults of all ages!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be open to new experiences. Let go of judgement and allow yourself to feel connected with yourself and your teacher. Don't be afraid to be vulnerable. I am here to support and encourage you!
