Here at Stevie B's, we all live and breathe music. As such, our teachers are of a very high-caliber, all of whom are performers as well. Though they all have their "specialities", our teachers are well-versed in many styles of music, everything from country, rock, and blues, to jazz, to extremely advanced classical.
Our "newest" teacher has been an instructor at the shop for around 8 years, and the others have been here for over a decade.
The lessons are extraordinarily dynamic. We cater our lessons to what each individual student's needs and desires are, and our teachers are able to accomodate all levels of players; from never-held-an-intrument beginner, to professional-level players looking to add an extra edge to their craft.
"One of the most enjoyable things about teaching, in my personal opinion, is watching a student finally overcome a struggle with the instrument. Those little click moments, when the lightbulb finally comes on and they're able to understand, or overcome, the little difficulty; whether it was a particular song, or a bit of theory, or maybe a technique they weren't used to. It absolutely makes my day."
Experience & professionalism.
The three of us here at Stevie B's are all lifelong performers and players. All have studied music thoroughly, and all three play in bands and solo as well.
